How to Deactivate or skip business rule from some part of code

I am using microsoft dynamics crm 2016 on premise. I have created one business rule which checks some fields are empty or not. if fields are empty then show some error. And i have created one method which clear some fields.

I want to deactivate or skip this business rule on above mentioned method.

Is there any solution for this question ??
