Hello - I'm new to cRM and I need to make a Scope update to an existing Workflow process. My user ID has admin rights for the CRM implementation. However, when I open an existing workflow process it is not editable - all inputs are disabled.
Are existing workflows not editable through the UI or are certain workflows not editable if they were created in a certain way? I'm not clear on why I'm not able to edit existing workflows through the UI as a sys admin....
