Is there a way to stop users creating emails in dynamics 365?
We need the ability to
1. Stop users creating emails and
2. Remove the email activity menu item from the social pane.
Is there any way to do this?
I was hoping there was you could remove the create and write privilege on the email entity. It appears there is no email entity in any security role, I believe it all activities permissions are set against the activity entity.
