Hi,
In my CRM system there are so many user positions like "Manager(M)" and "Senior Manager(SM)". I want to send separate mail for the assigning actions like M-->SM and SM-->M. I don't know how to get the User position of the person who assigning the record and who get assigned to that record.
Only can check like "Owning User Position " in workflow.
I'm triggering that workflow while the record is assigning.
