Connection in Opportunity record to add multiple Companies/Accounts. (Like stakeholders but not as contacts)

Hello,

I've tried to look this up online and attempted to replicate what the stakeholder configuration is using and I'm not having much success. I am trying to add multiple companies/accounts to a single opportunity record just like stakeholders can grab contacts and still have the + button for easily adding additional companies as per the image below. Any help would be great.
