"Value is not an array" error in MS CRM 365 On-Premise CRM

Need help on the below issue. Getting error as “Value is not array” for a lookup field in 365 on premise CRM. If the lookup field does not have any value the error is not coming. When the field have value in on load and on save the error is coming. Also on change the issue is coming.

I have few custom codes on this look up field on change and on load also. I have made the calling function disabled tried but still getting the error. As custom JS code not giving error, by doing F11 found that the MS CRM system form control js giving error.
