Look up Problem (CRM 2016) - when end user types their name, not able to find records automatic. Manually to do steps to find record in custom viewer

Hi Everyone,

This lookup problem where users can’t simply type their user name into a field to find their record from various entities.Especially for people who’s names don’t show in the first 10 names is excruciatingly inefficient, requiring no less than 4 steps to perform a task that should be as simple as typing their name into the field.

In order to avoid problem - Manually I have to click more steps to find my name.

for example as global admin user and I need to search for mark Mercer

I'm getting direct record in search(see figure below)

For end users, they are error like first picture above. And error details -
