Type in global.asxh is not defined

Hi,

After checking out a VM for CRM Version 9.1, i imported common control solution for Theme Designer,

but got an error for 'Type in global.asxh is not defined'

Ref : 10.130.146.151/.../CreateTheme

Can any one help me out ?
