Hey,
I want to change the default lead qualification process of D365 2016 which converts a lead into an opportunity.
I want that when Qualify is clicked, a dialog should open that provides a choice between Account, Contact, and Opportunity to create (not all 3, any one of them).
Can we change the process of 'Qualify' button or its action? I have less knowledge of plugin development and its coding.
Any solution for the same?
Any help would be appreciated.
