Editable grid is not working in D365

Hello All Experts,

I have set the editable grid on form level but it's not working as expected.

I have a doubt when we try to set the editable grid there are options which are given where to use this like web or mobile or tablet .

i am not able to check the radio button for web, is that the problem my editable grid is not working?

can any anyone help me in resolving this issue.
