Hi,
I´m having problems with starting the E-mail Router Configuration Manager. I also have a new user that does not have any mail going out via the e-mail router. The user is, as far as i can see, configured exactly like the other users in his department. I’m assuming the problems have something to do with the other?
I have tried restarting the service, it solves neither problem.
If there is anyone that can point me in the right direction i would much appreciate it.
Error message from CRM 2011 server
The E-mail Router Configuration Manager was unable to read configuration information. Make sure no files in the current directory are locked, missing, or inaccessible. To try again restart the E-mail Router Configuration Manager.
