This is strange. Using CRM online and Office 365. One user can't use the Set Regarding function in Outlook. The window opens up but appears smaller than usual. The Look For value can't be changed. It does show the list of entities but whenever something else is selected it jumps back to Account.
Also, the Look In (views) can't be changed.
A reinstall of the CRM Outlook client does not solve the issue. Another user with the same setup does not have this problem.
Any suggestions?
