I have just started a trial of CRM 2011 Online in preparation for migrating to it.
I can access it fine through the web browser. I downloaded CRM for Outlook but I can't get it to work.
On the configuration wizard I use the option CRM Online and it connects and populates the fields with my orgnisation so I know that bit is okay but when I press OK I just get 'there is a problem communicating with the crm server', it may be unavailable, please try later' message
I have been looking all day and tried loads of suggestions like, adding it to trusted sites, removing from credentials, removing windows live essentials, uninstalling and resinstalling crm for outlook, adjusting my location, timezone settings etc. Has anyone got any other suggestions?
It's using Windows Vista.
Would appreciate any other suggestions as this is driving me crazy!
