Dear Community
I got a problem with a CRM Workflow which handels our incidents.
I created a workflow which is triggered every time a new E-Mail arrives in the CRM that is sent to our support E-Mail and is refferd to an incident in CRM.
This workflow checks if the status of the incident is active and if yes the owner of the incident gets a notification E-Mail that the customer has responded to his ticket. This works totally fine.
If the status is not active when the customer answers, the case should be reactivated (Status set to active) and the owner should be set to our systemadmin which also all works fine.
The problem is now if a case is reactivated by the workflow, all Actitivites (E-Mails) that are attached to the case change their date/time to that of the newest E-Mail which reactivated the case. This is really bad because like this the order of the conversation is wrong and we can't see from when the E-Mail is.
Has anyone an idea why this happens or how I can modify the workflow that it does not happen?

Would be really thankfull if anynone has any suggestions.
