Save of an Advanced Find causes "Assignee has insufficient privileges"

Observed symptoms:

When clicking Save of Save As button in any Advanced Find, an error message appears: "Assignee has insufficient privileges".

The user was able to save custom views previously. Since the problem has appeared, the user has never been able to save a custom view anymore.

The problem is observed with any entity.

The user uses Internet Explorer 11.

This is in Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise.
