How to achieve the functionality in crm 365.

Hello All Experts,

When we create Holiday list from the service management we do add the calendar holidays.

I have scenarios where in i want to add Leave in CRM dynamically when a user takes it.

Planned leave or unplanned leave.

How ca we achieve this functionality within CRM.
