Hello,
I am trying to clean up a marketing list by going through the excluded emails in a recent email sent. However, I am running into issues.
I cannot locate a contact record for a contact that has been blocked. The contact shows up in the excluded email events, however not in the marketing list. How is this possible? Does deactivation have something to do with it?
Is it possible that contacts were deactivated, yet not taken off the marketing list? Does that have an effect? What does deactivating a contact actually do?
