I am system admin in the org and trying to delete email attachments to clear the space (Only email attachments and not emails). I am performing below 4 steps and ending up with no result.
Any suggestions please ?
Step1: Running advanced find to get all emails with attachments greater than 2500 bytes.
Step 2: Fom the result open one email.
Step 3: Go to attachment section and clicks on Trash icon , but nothing happens. Screen flickers and the document still remains the same.
Step 4: Click on the attachment and then click on Remove. Even then nothing happens apart from screen flickering. (When we try opening the attachments they open without any issues)
