Hi CRM experts,
I created a security role (role entity) lookup field in a custom entity. I can associate a security role no problem, but, there are multiple security roles of the same role (I know they are inherently created whenever a role is created in the organization level), that is fine if I can determine what Business Unit is the security role, the problem is the default view used in the lookup field only show the name of security role not business unit. And I cannot add new column or change other view (in the form editor) because it is a system entity.
Is it possible to add a custom view or add 1 column in CRM 2016? how about in CRM 365?
