Unable to configure Custom Domain (Runtime Error)

Hi,

I have walked through the instructions in this documentation (under the “Link your Dynamics 365 portal to a custom domain” heading).  I successfully completed all of the steps.  However, when I navigate to the custom domain, I see: 

I have verified, through https://www.dnswatch.info/, that the CNAME record was found: 

I have contacted Microsoft support, but any input would be greatly appreciated as this very time sensitive. 

Is there further configuration that needs to be done in the Admin panel or within the CRM instance?
