Set Hierarchy for Different Business Unit

Hi All,

I want to set Hierarchy,I have Many Business unit, each business unit contain a user . Eg. My Root Business unit is Newyork, the user of the Business unit is President,then the Child business unit of Newyork  is London, India, Japan.Each child business unit contain a user and he is vice president position and each child business unit contain child business unit, the user of the child business unit is sales managers.so the business unit go like this...

i Want to set hierarchy for this type of level..how to set hierarchy please help me..
