CRM 2016 On-Prem View Tool Tips

Is there a way that we can display the description of views as a tool tip? We have several views and a requirement to have the description for each view but adding the description to the view does not give the tool tip when the view is hovered from the dropdown menu. From what I can tell, there isn't a way but maybe someone has a trick up their sleeve for this.
