We are using Customer portal of D365. For one of the requirement we need 'idea forums' feature of Community portal but unfortunately Dynamics Customer portal doesn’t have this feature but Community Portal has.
1. Need suggestions/inputs to port the feature to the Customer portal and reduce the dependency to the Community portal.
2. Without installing Community portal, can we get this feature in any other portal like 'Customer Portal' since installing another portal comes with extra cost.
3. If we have to install both the portals to avail this feature, then what would be the best approach to accommodate the unnecessary features which come along with community portal which are not required for our project.
Any help/suggestions are much appreciated!!
