We use CRM primary for customer support via E-Mail to Case Workflow.
So all the conversations (E-Mail) show up in the case under acitivities. But this view is pretty messy and not verry clear. Also a lot of the screenspace is not used. See the screenshot here:
The Window of the E-Mail is so small so you can only see 1-3 lines of the mail. I know you can click on a single E-Mail and view it but this is still not a great option cause you still can not see the whole Email.
So my question is how can I edit the height of a single E-Mail Acitivity? Or how can I reach my goal, so that I can see more content of the E-Mail? It would not be a problem if you can only open one Mail at a time because it would fill the screen, but at least you could read it.
I already tried to edit the main form of the case, but I only managed to edit the width of the full element with all the activities, and could not find out how to edit the height of a single element in the "activity list element".
I would be greatfull for any suggestion how to make the content of the Email easier to read.
