Refresh Cache in PORTAL D365

Hello

We need to know how to refresh for each page viewed  a cookie stored in cache fo the navigator.
A method (javascript) is in charge for changing the value of the cookie but when we refresh a page, the liquid code call the cookie in cache and not refreshed...
Is there a solution to force liquid code to get the cookie refreshed?
