error in auto number counter plugin-creating same number records.

Hello,

I Need to add new records in my instance, for particular entity i have a counter that generates the auto number 

I have download the counter plugin that available on net.

but now there is some reason my counter plugin is not working, it generates the record but with the same number that i have assign in counter

it is creating a same  number records given bellow 

my plugin steps also enable

Please help me to resolve this. thank you.
