Tracking outlook meetings in CRM as a delegate (on behalf of)

Hello 

We're trying to track on behalf of meeting invites in CRM.  As soon as we click on a shared calendar, the Dynamics 365 plug in icon grays out.  

Has anyone done this before? 

We are on Dynamics 365 (online) and using the Outlook App for Dynamics 365 are able to track the meeting invites for self, but not able to when meetings are scheduled on a shared calendar (on behalf of).

Really appreciate the help or any feedback.
