Show Child Opportunities in Parent Account Record

Hi experts,

I want to show an account's child's opportunities in a subgrid on the account form as depicted in the image below:

How can I create this subgrid by using FetchXML? It would be very helpful if I got some basic logic and steps that I would need to apply.
