D365 Portal Clear Cache for entity list

I am using Entity list to get the records where optionset is a specific value(ex: B.Tech) using CRM view
I have a record with "test8-2" where option value is B.Tech which is displaying in Portal successfully.

Now, I changed the optionset value to M.Tech in CRM

then also "test8-2" Record is displaying in Grid/Entity List.

As I know to clear cache(/_services/about), it works fine.

but end-user can't do that because they don't have administrator permissions.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue?
