Is this possible to get records from Leads and Opportunity and make a funnel Chart?

Hi,

I have not using any "Business Process Flow" in my CRM System But i need to create a sales Funnel  chart with Lead and Opportunity(Different Entities) records. Is there any possibility to create a funnel chart with multiple entities records by using XML or Configuration?
