I've created a workflow wich is able to create an E-Mail record with alle required infromation (from, to and subject). I am able to see all created E-Mail in my view "My Draft Email". We have an email Mailbox for an Account which is allowed to send emails directly from our Exchange Server. This account ist linked as Sender of the email.
When I open each of them and click "send" the E-Mail will sent -> it works so far.
We are going to have more then one email-Record and we want to send them all using a workflow I've already created (see Screenshot).
After i started the workflow and changed the Status to "pending send" the emails are moving to "My Pending Email" and I can see a message "This Messages has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more Information, see help" I can find nowhere "help"
Which field I've to edit or which Status is corect so that the Email will be sent?
