Cleanup of the AsyncOperationBase table by running a script

Hi, we are having performance issues in our CRM and are hoping this may help alleviate some of those slowness issues:

Has anyone taken this step or know anything about this script, and can provide any feedback?  Before my team performs this, I want to be aware of any issues it may cause, or not.
