Want to hide records from one user role from another.

Hi,

How can I hide records created by consumer sales users from business sales user? in my organization, we have 2 type of business where we do c2c and b2b hence I don't want sales rep who is in c2c are able to see records created by reps for b2b, a detailed direction will be appreciated.
