I have a duplicate detection rule on Lead entity.
my requirement is I need to restrict user to create duplicate record with same first name and last name.
I have created one rule and also publish that rule. when i try to create duplicate record in crm it will give me duplicate detection popup where it shows you have same records, but when i click on duplicate detection save button , duplicate record is created in crm.
How to restrict user in this case not to create duplicate records.
