I need a way to change back to the way cases were shown before each one of these issues worked before the most recent update. There are three problems specifically I could use help on.
1. When one of the techs except a case and assign it to themselves all the notes done by other people now show the excepting tech's name and date and time of him excepting it. Makes a huge problem for keeping people accountable.
2. When you print a case out it only shows the first line of the notes. So if you have a paragraph of notes you would only see the first line.
3. When a case was printed out if the Decription field is longer than a certain number of characters instead of adjusting the page it will print the scroll bar and cut off the notes.
If anyone knows how to fix these back to preupdate your help will be greatly appreciated.
