CRM 365 getting on fields customized events.

Hello All Experts,

I am getting the below error . for below line of code.

parent.window.document.getElementById('new_Attitude').style.backgroundColor = "#FF9999";

Unable to get property 'style' of undefined or null reference.

can anyone let me know if we could override this issue.
