CRM Portal Delta Deployment Guidelines?

HI All,

We are working on CRM Portals and facing issues in deploying the delta solution. What is the best way to deploy CRM portal.

I am doing deployment using Configuration Migration tool from SDK.

Currently i am resetting the portal every-time and deploying the entire solution. Is this the only way or is there any other way?

Reference to any deployment documents for portal is also greatly appreciated!
