Dynamics 365 for Phones - mobile express form is not getting loaded

Hi Community,

I'm trying to create new Contact from Dynamics 365 for Phones Application(Android), but it is not opening the mobile express form named "Information", instead of that it is opening the Quick Create form of the contact entity. I've also set the mobile-express form order though mobile app is loading the quick create form.

kindly provide the solution for the same.
