Access js client api from webresource D365 9.0

Hello!

I have my Dynamics365 9.0. I have created custom html form and I use Xrm.Navigation.openWebResource() function to open it. But, it opens in new window. My questions is - how can I access other xrm namespaces? i need to send data from this form to an account entity.
