Hello,
I have a custom entity, and need to send queue items from this entity from one queue to another.
Currently, I am just routing them, however, to be more efficient, I'd like to be able to use a workflow so I can update the record and send it to a new queue at the same time. It is not a case entity, and my understanding is that routing rules can only be applied to cases, not custom entity records or queue items from these records.
Also, doing any coding is not an option for me. I know workflows can move records into a queue, but not out of a queue. Can workflows send queue items from one queue to another though?
