I updated CRM 2011 Online to the new cross browser functionality.
Now all users get 'Insuffucient Permissions' when they try to access one of the new forms (Accounts, Contacts, etc).
I can set their role to System Administrator and the issues are rsovled, but I obviously do not want everyone to have Systems Administration.
1) Is there a way to display, or a way to look at audit records to see what permissions are missing when the Accout was puled up?
2) Any clue on what permissions may be missing?
3) is there a report that dislays attempts to access resources that users do not have permissions for?
