Access Teams

Hi,

Consider the following:-  In my CRM i have some users who are "Managers" and some who are "Normal Employees", Lets take "Alan" is a manager and "Joe", "Smith" and "John" are normal employees under "Alan".

I need to provide "Alan" a security role such that he has access to "joe" , "smith" and "john" records.
