I am trying to produce a word document from a custom entity where only the data that is populated passes onto the word document. I can't think of a way to populate the page with only the data that has values and have an indicator on the Word Template as to what the data refers to. In the example below I have created a word template with an indicator for what each row is but what I need is pull this dynamically and only show data that has a value like the row that shown below for Administrative. Is there a way to accomplish this?
