Why the below issue will occur in Mac for outlook.
"indicates that the application is not installed in your Outlook mailbox. contact the system administrator"
how to check whether the user has configured to Microsoft dynamics 365 for outlook or Microsoft dynamics 365 app for outlook.
As I am new to Mac systems I don't know how to check add-ins and all in the MAC systems.
please help me.
