I hope someone can help me with this issue. I created a N:N relatinship. However, it is tedious to populate the intersect table. Because the user has to create one record at a time. I am trying to find a way to allow the user to select multiple records to populate the intersect table. Please see the following pictures:
First I want to illustrate the preferred seenario
In a 1:N relationsip (contact to competency)
When I click the search icon of the competency requirement field above, the following look up dialog is displayed. I can select all comptencies and add to the contact in one shot. This is good.
For a N:N scenario. (contact - staff profile - competency)
When I select the search icon of the competecy requirement field.
The following look up is displayed, but I can't select all competency in this case. I understand why. But I need a solution/design that allow the user multiple records to populate a N;N relationship.
