Lookup of Campaign Entity does not function in Dynamics 365 for phones

Hello,

I created an app (I am using Dynamics 365 v9), everything works fine but found out that the lookup on (Campaign) does not function.

As a result on my phone, I am not able to link a lead with a campaign as the lookup is grey.

I tried to "enable for mobile" the Campaign Entity but once I check it and save the entity, and comes back as unchecked (Printscreen).

Have you encoutered this issue before?
