Where I can Fix

Hello there!

I've this trouble yet and I can't fix it (many there in the forums gaves me somes options but nothing work).

I ask because the most common answer was the follow steps:

1) Find the NotesV2.css file in 1033

2) Find the line 118 (or where is the Color to Note Tittle and Note Text) and change #0000 in to #000000 (6) or  #000 (3) and delete cookies.

But I've done that and nothing happen, Any know what I must do? or If there was a "ghost steps" that I don't do yet? Thanks
