Workflow trigger by date field

Hi,

We have a custom date field called "Onboarding start date".

Lets say that on a record, this field has 22-3-2017.

I then want another workflow to trigger, when this date is older than 12 months.

I just cant seem to make it work. I tried to do the following:

"Onboarding start date" 'On or after' '"">Account-{12 Months After OnBoarding Start Date}"

What am I doing wrong?
