We are currently on CRM 2011 (On-Premise). From the Outlook Client if you go to File > CRM > Set Personal Optons > Email, approximately mid way down the form there is a section called "Select the e-mail messages to track in Microsoft Dynamics CRM". The options are: 1) All e-mail messages, 2) E-mail messages in response to CRM E-mail, 3) E-mail messages from CRM Leads, Contacts, and Accounts, 4) E-mail messages from CRM records that are e-mail enabled. We would like to make it so the users cannot select "All e-mail messages". Do you have suggestions for doing this?
