Adding contacts to marketing list / Owner problem?

Hello,

I have trouble using the marketing lists: I want to create marketing lists whose members are contacts that belong to my whole organization, not to the user creating the marketing list. Is that possible? 

When I add such a contact to a marketing list, it does not appear in the members list.
